ONSITE DESIGN CONSULTATION

For existing interior spaces. Does not apply to New Construction and Remodel.

  • 2 hours of design consultation time

  • Includes a walk through and viewing of interior spaces

  • A listing of design ideas and suggestions is provided to the client at the conclusion of the

    consult

  • Idea implementation by the client

 

THE DAY IS YOURS 4 hours

  • Designer for a Day (In person or virtually)

  • Together shopping time. If a visit to your home is needed, in person or virtually, to compile a list of furnishings and accessories, so be it! Then we’re off to shop in person or virtually. A client / designer experience of shopping time together and whatever additional design needs are on your list.

 

DESIGN PLAN PACKAGE

This package is perfect if you prefer a design guideline to follow and implement yourself. This plan allows you the design and look where the client implements purchases of items within the plan.

  • Measurement of your room/house – client provided via design board platform

  • Furniture placement floor plan

  • Mood board presentation emailed (edits can be purchased separately)

  • Furniture Selection (via online sites)

  • Full estimate of all specified furniture

  • Includes shoppable links

 

THE REFRESH INTERIOR STYLING AND DESIGN

We can help with your refresh of your room or redesign of your whole home. Here is where a plan is developed for purpose, function, style, color and finally the finish.

  • Initial consultation

  • Design plan

  • Vision board, materials, furniture and accessories

  • Window Treatments

  • Area Rug

  • Lighting

  • Paint color

  • Ordering / procurement

 

FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGE

If you prefer us to fully complete a room for you from start to finish. Including overseeing installation of furniture, wall art and accessories, this is the package for you.

  • Design consultation

  • Measurements of your room/house

  • Detailed scope of design direction and project

  • Floor plan

  • Full design presentation

  • Furniture selection

  • Color scheme selection

  • Lighting selection

  • Material samples

  • Wall art and accessories selection

  • Full estimate of all specified materials

  • Coordination of deliveries and oversight of installation of furniture, wall art and accessories.

Includes 2 edits (additional edits can be purchased separately)

 

CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING

In-studio 2-hour review of construction plans (does not include on site visit consulting)

  • Meeting review of project

  • Client provided photos

  • Discussion of ideas to be considered

  • Client take-away recap of meeting notes

 

CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING DESIGN PACKAGE

Whether building a new home or renovating one, the decisions needed can be intimidating. We can make the process and product selection exciting.

  • Review of construction floor plans

  • Review of construction elevations

  • Review of construction electrical plans

  • Detailed hard materials list

  • Material selections include: tiles, flooring, fixtures, lighting, cabinets

  • Paint selection

  • Design Presentation

  • Up to 4 hours of project management time after presentation is completed (can purchase more time if needed)
